The roundabout entry will have the flyer taking several steps along the base to eventually reach reverse foot to hand, this will transition directly into a half pirouette (turn around on one foot). After the half pirouette the flyer will take a few catwalk steps (taking a step over your standing leg and crossing them as you “walk”). After a few catwalk steps the flyer will complete the pirouette with the final half turn ending back again into reverse foot to hand. From the here the base will toss the flyer up and the flyer will twist 180 in the air to be caught by the base in a butt down exit.
Prerequisites
- Familiar with standing foot to hand and/or reverse foot to hand.
- 10 second foot to hand or reverse foot to hand hold; base on knees or standing.
