We will cover the most basic hand to hand fundamentals, drills, and progressions for starting to train the skill and slowly learning to master the skill. This is a bridge class intended for beginner/intermediate acrobats wanting to start hand to hand.
Prerequisites
- Be able to jump into l-base star with the assistance of a spotter and return to the ground.
- Flyers should be able to hold a 10 second handstand against the wall.
