This class will help beginner icarian practitioners work towards throwing their first castaway in a safe and controlled manner. We will be covering progressions, spotting, and different theories or variations on castaways (will only in depth teach one). Whether you have never thrown a castaway or just want to fine tune one that you already have, we will break it down piece by piece so that the whole skill feels accessible and safe.
Prerequisites
- 5 stable straight throws in bird
- 5 stable straight throws in throne
- Jump into reverse star and hold stable for 20 sec
- Willingness to dynamically spot.
